Why RelayClear exists
About RelayClear
RelayClear was built for organizations that know they need an anonymous channel, and know people will not use it unless the privacy story feels credible.

Founder perspective
RelayClear comes out of years spent in senior technology leadership roles across private companies, nonprofits, and public-sector organizations. In many of those settings, formal feedback systems already existed. But even well-intentioned programs often became exercises in managing optics rather than hearing the truth. Again and again, the founder heard the same hesitation: “Is it really anonymous?”, “No way I’m sending that in,” or “I’m afraid it will get back to me somehow.” It became clear that an important layer of honest feedback was never being shared at all. RelayClear exists because organizations that genuinely want credible anonymous feedback deserve a tool built for that purpose. It is designed so submitters do not have to place blind trust in the organization they are reporting to. They need a channel they can trust.
The goal was not to build another platform. It was to build a narrow intake layer that people could understand, verify, and trust.
What we built
RelayClear is a one-way anonymous feedback channel for organizations. It accepts the submission, protects it, delivers it, and deletes it after delivery. That simplicity is deliberate. Privacy is not just a policy choice. It is also a design choice. The less the intake layer does, the less data it can expose.
Built in Canada
RelayClear is Canadian-built and operated in Canada. For many organizations, that brings added confidence around jurisdiction, privacy expectations, and how the service is operated.
