Enter your organization details, choose your plan, and complete secure checkout. Setup takes minutes.
Step 2
You'll receive one or more feedback channel access codes, depending on your chosen plan, along with ready-to-use QR codes. Share them by link, QR code, or print with employees, customers, or other stakeholders.
Step 3
Feedback submissions arrive at your destination email address. Handle them with your existing workflow and route them to People & Culture, compliance, operations, or wherever they belong.
Delivery flow
RelayClear moves each feedback submission through the same privacy-first sequence before it reaches your destination email.
A submitter enters your access code and sends feedback without creating an account.
RelayClear encrypts and queues the submission, then applies a 2-24 hour random delay.
You receive the feedback at your destination email address without identifying metadata.
After delivery, submission content is deleted from RelayClear systems.
Trust model
RelayClear never stores submission content in the main database. Submissions are temporarily stored in isolated, encrypted storage until delivery (maximum 24 hours), then permanently deleted.
Stored data
Organization records only
Your organization name, destination email, contact information, and tracking tokens (30-day expiry). All sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

Feedback content
The feedback itself is encrypted, temporarily stored, delivered to your email, then permanently deleted.
Submissions are held for a random delay before delivery. This makes it harder to identify who sent a message based on when it arrived in your inbox.
Submitter experience
Understanding the submitter experience helps you explain the channel clearly whether you're sharing it with staff, customers, or other stakeholders.
Submitter step 1
They scan a QR code you shared, or visit relayclear.com/submit and enter the access code. Works on any phone or computer, no app or account needed.
Submitter step 2
They write their message, choose delivery timing, and submit their feedback without creating an account or providing identifying information.
Submitter step 3
They receive a unique delivery status tracking link that displays real-time delivery status for 30 days.
