How to choose

Start with Single Channel if you need one intake path. Move up when you want separate feedback channels for HR, customer issues, site-level intake, or multiple stakeholder groups.

What if we need additional feedback channels?

During check-out you have the option to add additional feedback channels. If your needs change, you can add or remove additional channels at any time.

Can we change subscriptions later?

Yes. If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan. The right tier depends on how many separate feedback channels you want to operate. If you need help adjusting your plan, contact support@relayclear.com.

Are there cancellation fees or long-term contracts?

No. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

What if we are not sure which plan fits?

Start with the number of distinct channels you actually need. If you want one shared channel, a Single Channel subscription is usually enough. If you want separate channels by team, location, or audience, Multi-Channel or Organization-Wide is the better fit.
