Refund Policy

RelayClear is intended for organizational use and is not offered for personal, family, or household purposes.

1. Refund eligibility for first purchase only

First-time organizations may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase only if fewer than 10 submissions were delivered to any feedback channel on the account. If 10 or more submissions were delivered for any feedback channel, the service is considered used and the initial charge is non-refundable.

2. Subscription renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.

3. Add-ons

Add-ons (additional feedback channels) are non-refundable once purchased. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@relayclear.com from your billing email address and include your organization name and the date of the charge.

5. Abuse and fraud

RelayClear may refuse refund requests in cases of abuse or fraud, including repeated sign-ups or chargeback misuse.
