Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that RelayClear engages to help operate the service and that may process data on our behalf. The table below lists the subprocessors we currently use, where they are located, and what they do. We keep this page current; it reflects the providers in use as of the date above.
The anonymous submission path is deliberately minimal. When someone sends feedback through a /submit page, Cloudflare hosts the service and Mailgun delivers the message. RelayClear's active delivery storage has a 24-hour content limit. Stored message retention is disabled in our Mailgun domain settings. Provider log and backup retention have not been verified. The receiving organization controls its own inbox copies.
