Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that RelayClear engages to help operate the service and that may process data on our behalf. The table below lists the subprocessors we currently use, where they are located, and what they do. We keep this page current; it reflects the providers in use as of the date above.
The anonymous submission path is deliberately minimal. When someone sends feedback through a /submit page, only Cloudflare and Mailgun are involved, and neither retains the message content beyond delivery (maximum 24 hours). Billing, email validation, and analytics providers never process submission content.
